A day in the life of a jump rope developer

Here is what my day looks like on average, every day. Nothing special, just a typical day.

My mornings are spent with a friend walking through a park, reading a book, getting a snack, and having coffee. Sometimes I walk to the cafe and have lunch with some of our team members and chat with them. Then around noon I come back to my workbench to work on new jump rope designs.

Around eleven I often use the bathroom. Depending on how much coffee I have had, I may have the same conversation over the phone with my friend who walked us to the cafe. After lunch, I go to the lab to work on some new jump rope designs, or to help a colleague with his project (typically the latter). After working for a while, I go to catch up with a another colleague. I take some time to read the paper and check my email, which may even last about an hour. I work until some time between three and fife. I do work again until around six, when I head to the gym. I may spend about 40-45 minutes doing one of my jump rope workouts.

After that, I go back to the office, then back to my desk to work on some new jump rope designs until seven or eight. Finally, I head home, grab a shower and relax for a bit. Of course, there are so many interesting things to do on a day like this but it still exhausting.
