But by far the most prolific are the ones who become Olympians. Over the last 20 years every year over 150 women and men go to the Olympic Games in various sports, as well as in many other competitions. The number of athletes who compete at the Olympic Games has increased year after year, but it’s not just about numbers.

Training really hard is simply not enough. This is true especially for women. How can a woman develop her personal best when every year someone new is competing at the Olympic Games or some other international competition? However good you are, if you want to be successful and become truly an Olympic champion, it’s all about working hard and improving. And the first step is to get motivated. Motivation is probably one of the most essential elements that can really help you become a better athlete. And what better motivation than a huge victory? No matter how great or even if you didn’t win, it’s a very good motivation because it gives you the chance to build up your confidence. There are many different types of motivation, but the main one is the drive for success. It’s very important to find the right motivation.

The right motivation will always be enough, but it’s a good idea to choose the right methods to help you become a success in your chosen sport. That’s why I’m going to tell you a simple method of motivation that worked for me. It’s a simple method, but it can be very effective.
