If you feel your breath catch in your throat, exhale and pause. Repeat eight times on the left, eight times on the right. Stay in this position eight seconds. Inhale as you stand back up, reaching your toes in front of you.

Exhale and return to down dog for eight breaths this time. Inhale. Exhale and gently bend forward at the waist until your chest is parallel to the floor. Keeping your head and neck steady and head up, inhale and turn your toes out to the side and lift your arms over your head. Do not look down. Hold a pose for five breaths. Repeat eight times. Now lying on your back with the right side of your body facing the wall. Down dog, arms by the sides. Exhale and lift your arms straight up over your head. Hold this pose for four breaths. Inhale and lower your arms to your sides and finish. Now you are relaxed and ready for your jump rope workout progam.
